Frequently Asked Questions
How do I install the extension?
Visit the Chrome Web Store and search for "SkoolFeed" or click the install link on our homepage. Click "Add to Chrome" to install. Once installed, you'll see the SkoolFeed icon in your browser toolbar.
How do I add a Skool community?
Navigate to any Skool community page where you're a member. Click the SkoolFeed toggle button that appears on the right side of the page. Sign in if prompted, then click "Add Community" to sync it to your account.
Why aren't my posts syncing?
Make sure you're on the main community page (not a specific post). The extension only syncs posts that YOU have created. If you're still having issues, try refreshing the page or clicking "Sync Posts" in the sidebar.
How do I use my RSS feed?
Copy your feed URL from the SkoolFeed sidebar or dashboard. Paste it into any RSS reader like Feedly, Inoreader, or your favorite podcast app. New posts will automatically appear in your reader.
What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Agency plans?
Free: 1 community, 5-day post history
Pro ($11/mo): 2 communities, 30-day history, AI-powered titles and summaries
Agency ($39/mo): 10 communities, unlimited history, white-label branding, custom domains, team access
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to your Dashboard and click on "Billing" in the navigation. Select the plan you want and complete the checkout process. Your new features will be available immediately.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We only sync YOUR own posts from Skool communities. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your data with third parties. See our
Privacy Policy for more details.
